Below it: the open decisions, the ranked pipeline with evidence, the scorecard that judges it, and the full record of everything that happened. Drop résumés anywhere; they're read against your standard.
03 — People
Nobody you've met is ever lost.
Every person who has ever crossed your pipeline lives in one memory — de-duplicated, with their history, decisions, and outcomes intact. Open a new search and your Twin checks them first: the strongest sourcing channel is usually the people you've already met.

04 — Memory
What your company has learned, in writing.
Decisions become outcomes; outcomes become knowledge facts with evidence and sample sizes; knowledge proposes scorecard updates that you approve — never auto-applied. Memory also keeps score on itself: how often your Twin's reads matched how hires actually turned out.
