Slack

Twynit + Slack

Only recruiters live in Twynit. Everyone else is served where they already are — and for most companies, that's Slack. Decision requests, interview packets, and your morning note arrive as complete, actionable messages, not notification stubs.

A hiring manager can review a shortlist, approve an advance, and unblock a search without ever creating an account.

What your Twin does with it

  • Delivers full decision cards to hiring managers — verdict, evidence, confidence, consequence, one-tap buttons
  • Sends interviewers a prep packet 30 minutes before each interview: the role, the evidence, their specific job in the loop
  • Delivers your morning note: three lines, the decision count, one click into your session
  • Nudges pending requests at 24 and 72 hours, and escalates to you at the SLA you set
  • Writes every response back to the search timeline instantly — resolving in Slack resolves it everywhere
a receipt, as your team will see it

Every write-back is named, logged, and undoable for 72 hours. If one fails, it surfaces as a warning with a retry — never silently.

How the connection works

01

Connect the workspace

One install from Settings. Twynit messages people directly — no noisy channel firehose unless you want one.

02

Decisions travel to their owners

When a call belongs to a hiring manager — advance to onsite, approve an offer, review a shortlist — the full card goes to them in Slack. Buttons respond in place; responses write back to the timeline and unblock the search.

03

Noise stays out

Twynit has no badge culture. Slack pushes carry only decisions and the few events you asked to hear about — rate-limited, collapsed into single notes, quiet hours respected.

Questions

Do hiring managers need Twynit accounts?

No. They respond to decision requests directly in Slack. If they click through, they land in a read-focused guest room for that one search — pipeline, scorecard, timeline — with nothing to learn and nothing else to see.

How noisy is it?

Deliberately quiet. Pushes are limited to expiring decisions, blocked-on-you-over-SLA, and completed work you explicitly asked to be told about. Three events collapse into one note. Quiet hours come from your working-hours settings.

Keep Slack. Add the judgment.
