Twynit + your HRIS

Hiring doesn't end at the offer letter — and neither does Twynit. Connected to your HRIS, your Twin assembles offer packets with real compensation context, kicks off onboarding the moment an offer is accepted, and schedules the check-ins that turn outcomes into knowledge.

This is the connection that makes hiring compound: what happens after the start date is what teaches your scorecards what actually predicts success.

What your Twin does with it

  • Pulls compensation bands and internal comparisons into offer packets, so approvals see full context
  • Writes accepted offers back to your HRIS and kicks off onboarding automatically
  • Schedules 30/90/180/365-day check-ins with the hiring manager — two taps, answerable from a phone
  • Turns check-in answers into outcome events that feed your company's hiring knowledge
  • Keeps the whole trail auditable: every write named, logged, and visible
a receipt, as your team will see it
HRIS: onboarding started for Sarah Chen · start Mar 3

Every write-back is named, logged, and undoable for 72 hours. If one fails, it surfaces as a warning with a retry — never silently.

How the connection works

01

Connect

Connect your HRIS from Settings. Twynit requests only what the offer and onboarding flow needs — compensation bands and the onboarding kickoff endpoint.

02

Offers with context

When a search reaches offer stage, your Twin assembles the packet: the candidate's evidence trail, the band, internal comparisons, and a drafted letter. Approvals run as one-tap decision requests down the chain you define.

03

The loop closes

On acceptance, onboarding kicks off in your HRIS and the hire enters outcome tracking. Check-ins land at 30, 90, 180, and 365 days. The answers become knowledge; the knowledge proposes scorecard improvements; you approve what sticks.

Questions

Which HRIS systems does Twynit work with?

Twynit's connector platform is built against a standard integration contract. Tell us what you run — most modern HRIS platforms with an API can be connected. Book a demo and we'll confirm yours.

Does Twynit store compensation data?

Compensation context is fetched for the offer moment and recorded in the offer packet's audit trail. Access is role-restricted; guests and interviewers never see it.

What if a sync does something I didn't want?

Every action your Twin takes is undoable for 72 hours from its receipt. Undoing an automated action also demotes that action type back to ask-first mode — your Twin asks what went wrong, and the answer becomes a remembered preference.
