Integrations — Calendar & Email

Twynit + Google Workspace

One consent screen connects identity, email, and calendar. From that moment, your Twin can do the work that eats recruiter afternoons: reading interviewer availability, proposing slots to candidates, handling the back-and-forth, booking the events, and sending every message in your company's voice.

You see calendar mechanics exactly zero times. You see receipts.

What your Twin does with it

  • Signs you in — no forms, no workspace ceremony; your workspace is created from your domain
  • Reads interviewer calendars and books complete interview loops without your involvement
  • Emails candidates three concrete slots in your voice and handles the replies
  • Threads every candidate conversation onto their dossier, drafted messages marked as drafts
  • Turns inbound email that needs judgment into a decision: "Sarah asked to push the onsite a week. Allow it?"
a receipt, as your team will see it
Booked: onsite loop for Sarah Chen · Thu 2–5 PM · 4 interviewers

Every write-back is named, logged, and undoable for 72 hours. If one fails, it surfaces as a warning with a retry — never silently.

How the connection works

01

One consent

Sign in with Google. One consent screen grants identity, email, and calendar — the three things a Twin needs to do coordination work on your behalf.

02

Scheduling becomes motion

When you advance a candidate to interview, your Twin proposes the loop — who interviews, what each interview must establish, how long. You approve once. Everything after that (slots, emails, reschedules, no-shows) is handled and receipted.

03

Email becomes memory

Every message to a candidate is drafted in your workspace voice and threaded on their dossier. Your edits to drafts are remembered as voice preferences — the Twin's writing becomes more yours with every send.

Questions

Does Twynit read my whole inbox?

No. Twynit threads conversations with candidates and hiring participants in active searches. It's a hiring tool, not an inbox tool — and every message it touches is visible on the person's dossier.

Can it send email without my approval?

Only if you've granted that. Everything starts in ask-first mode: your Twin previews every message before sending. After you've approved the same kind of message several times unchanged, it offers to send them itself — and even then, every send is receipted and the autonomy is revocable per search.

What if a sync does something I didn't want?

Every action your Twin takes is undoable for 72 hours from its receipt. Undoing an automated action also demotes that action type back to ask-first mode — your Twin asks what went wrong, and the answer becomes a remembered preference.
