Integrations — Calendar & Email
The magic address
Every search in Twynit gets its own address — like [email protected]. Anything sent there is read, parsed, de-duplicated against everyone you've ever met, scored against the search's scorecard, and ranked with evidence.
Referral in your inbox? Forward it. Agency sends a batch? Forward it. Applications from a job board? Point them at the address. Intake stops being a workflow and becomes a reflex.
What your Twin does with it
- Parses any resume format — PDF, DOCX, the body of the email itself
- De-duplicates against your whole talent memory, so the same person is one person
- Scores against the scorecard and maps the evidence, before you've seen the email
- Invites qualified candidates to screening automatically, if you've granted that
- Reports it all as receipts: "Read 14 new applications. Two look strong — queued for you."
Every write-back is named, logged, and undoable for 72 hours. If one fails, it surfaces as a warning with a retry — never silently.
How the connection works
01
Publish a search
Every search gets its magic address at publish, alongside the role page link and drag-and-drop upload. Three ways in; one ranked pipeline out.
02
Forward anything
You, your team, or your sources forward candidates to the address. No format requirements, no cover-sheet rituals. Attachments and inline text both work.
03
Judgment arrives prepared
Strong matches surface on your Desk as decisions with evidence. Everyone else lands in the reviewed shelf — visible, never hidden, one click to overrule.
Questions
What file formats work?
PDF and DOCX resumes, plus plain-text applications in the email body. If parsing fails, the candidate is flagged for a manual look — never silently dropped.
Can candidates apply directly too?
Yes. Every search publishes a role page with a one-minute application — resume plus email, no account required. The magic address is for everything that arrives any other way.
Keep Email intake. Add the judgment.
