Marketing Project Manager
Growth Marketing Hybrid Hybrid Senior · 3+ yrs 4-6 LPA
About the role
Marketing Project Manager | Markoholics
Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Founder, Markoholics.com
Registered entity: Creative Engineering Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience (discussed during interview)
ABOUT MARKOHOLICS
Markoholics (a brand of Creative Engineering Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) is a growth marketing
agency taking early-stage tech startups from 0 to 1. We work directly with founders to build
revenue operating systems that replace manual, guesswork-led marketing with structured,
AI-enabled growth. We keep our client roster deliberately small so every founder gets senior
attention, not a rotating account team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to own two things at once: the client
accounts we already have, and the pipeline that brings in the ones we don't have yet.
On one side, you'll run client servicing and account management end to end, coordinating
our in-house team and vendor partners so every deliverable ships on time, for every account.
On the other, you'll pitch Markoholics to prospective clients, domestic and international, and
keep a steady pipeline moving so the agency's growth doesn't depend on the founder's
network alone.
This role needs a genuine 360-degree digital marketing generalist. You should be
comfortable across email marketing, lead generation, demand generation, content
marketing, paid ads and media, and social media marketing, not deep in just one of them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Servicing & Account Management
• Own end-to-end delivery for the full client portfolio, from onboarding through ongoing
execution
• Coordinate closely with the in-house team and external vendor partners to keep every
deliverable on schedule, across all clients and accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and
day-to-day communication
• Flag risks, scope creep, or delivery gaps early, before they become escalations
• Maintain full visibility across every active account so nothing falls through the cracks
2. New Business & Pitching
• Pitch Markoholics to prospective clients, both domestic and international, to build a
steady pipeline of new business
• Own the pitch process end to end, from first conversation through proposal and close
• Maintain a live pipeline of leads and opportunities for founder review
• Work with the Founder on positioning and messaging for new business conversations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing; 2 to 3 years is ideal
• Genuine 360-degree breadth across email marketing, lead generation, demand
generation, content marketing, paid ads and media, and social media marketing, not
depth in just one channel
• This is a generalist role. We're looking for a digital marketing expert overall, not a social
media manager or an email marketing specialist
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing account management, owning relationships
end to end
• Comfortable pitching and closing new business, domestic and international
• Strong written and verbal communication, sharp enough to represent Markoholics
directly to clients and prospects
• Highly organised, able to coordinate an in-house team and external vendors without
dropping details
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, founder-led environment
WHY JOIN MARKOHOLICS
You'll own both sides of the growth equation: the accounts that keep the lights on, and the
pipeline that grows the business. Full visibility into how an AI-native growth agency actually
runs, with real accountability for outcomes on both fronts.
